Product status

Homeopathic medicinal product for disorders of the digestive organs.
The therapeutic indications are derived from the homeopathic drug pictures.
These include digestive disorders, especially in cases involving pancreatic dysfunction.

Contraindications

Must not be used if you are allergic to any of the active substances or other ingredients of this medicinal product.
Do not use in cases of thyroid disorders without medical advice.

Precautions for use

If symptoms persist, are unclear, or newly occur, medical advice should be sought, as these may be conditions requiring medical evaluation.

There is no sufficient experience for use in children. It should therefore not be used in children under 12 years of age.

Ask your doctor for advice before using any medicinal product during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

This medicinal product contains less than 1 mmol (23 mg) sodium per ampoule, i.e. it is essentially “sodium-free”.

Interactions

The effect of a homeopathic medicinal product may be adversely influenced by generally harmful lifestyle factors
and by stimulants and luxury foods. Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are using, have recently used,
or intend to use other medicinal products.

Dosage and method of administration

Unless otherwise prescribed, adults and children from 12 years of age:
in acute conditions, inject 1 ampoule parenterally once daily i.m., s.c., or i.v.
Use for longer than one week should only take place after consultation with a therapist experienced in homeopathy.

In chronic forms, inject 1 ampoule parenterally 1 to 3 times weekly i.m., s.c., or i.v.
As symptoms improve, the frequency of use should be reduced.

Ampoules should be used immediately after opening. Opened ampoules must not be stored or used later,
as the sterility of the injection solution can no longer be guaranteed.

Duration of use

As with all medicinal products, homeopathic medicinal products should not be used for prolonged periods
without medical advice.

Instructions for use

Do not use a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose.
If you have any further questions on the use of this medicinal product, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Side effects

Like all medicinal products, this medicinal product can have side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Increased salivation may occur after use of Momordica compositum N; in this case, the product should be discontinued.

In addition, occasional allergic reactions may occur due to the ingredient Mercurius solubilis Hahnemanni (mercury).

Note: When using homeopathic medicinal products, existing symptoms may temporarily worsen (initial aggravation).
In this case, discontinue use and consult your doctor.

Instructions for opening the ampoule

Coloured dot facing upwards. Allow solution in the ampoule tip to flow downwards by tapping or shaking.
With the coloured dot facing upwards, pull the ampoule tip backwards to break it off.
Open the ampoule carefully and follow the instructions.

Composition

1 ampoule of 2.2 ml (= 2.2 g) contains:

• Momordica balsamina Dil. D6 – 22.0 mg
• Iodum Dil. D8 – 22.0 mg
• Podophyllum peltatum Dil. D6 – 22.0 mg
• Carbo vegetabilis Dil. D10 – 22.0 mg
• Lycopodium clavatum Dil. D6 – 22.0 mg
• Mandragora e radice siccata Dil. D8 – 22.0 mg
• Argentum nitricum Dil. D12 – 22.0 mg
• Veratrum album Dil. D4 – 22.0 mg
• Mercurius solubilis Hahnemanni Dil. D8 aquos. – 22.0 mg

Active substances 1 to 8 are jointly potentized over the last 2 steps with water for injections.
Other ingredients: water for injections, sodium chloride.

Pharmaceutical form and pack size

Liquid dilution for injection. Pack sizes: 10 ampoules and 100 ampoules of 2.2 ml.

Storage

Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date stated on the container and outer packaging.
No special storage conditions are required.
