{"id":5383,"date":"2026-05-23T11:12:41","date_gmt":"2026-05-23T10:12:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/us.similius.com\/?product=md-hip-pack-of-10-ampoules-of-2ml"},"modified":"2026-05-23T11:12:41","modified_gmt":"2026-05-23T10:12:41","slug":"md-hip-pack-of-10-ampoules-of-2ml","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/us.similius.com\/?product=md-hip-pack-of-10-ampoules-of-2ml","title":{"rendered":"MD HIP 10 Ampoules"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>MAIN INDICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>MD-HIP<\/strong> is designed to improve hip motion, helping to contain physiological joint and tissue deterioration.<br \/>Scientific evidence shows the efficacy and safety of <strong>MD-HIP<\/strong> in cases of:<br \/>\u2022 Coxarthrosis<br \/>\u2022 Coxalgia:<br \/>\u2212 of muscular and\/or nerve origin<br \/>\u2212 due to prolonged bed rest<br \/>\u2212 due to aging<br \/>\u2212 due to bad posture<br \/>\u2212 due to concomitant chronic diseases<br \/>\u2212 due to traumas and injuries.<\/p>\n<p>Treatment can be combined with other therapies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>THERAPEUTIC PROTOCOL:<\/strong><br \/>1-2 infiltrations per week to contain physiological or pathological deterioration of the hip.<br \/>Results are evident from the third week but, depending on the patient&#8217;s clinical situation, it is possible to continue treatment up to the tenth week without risk.<\/p>\n<p><strong>COMPOSITION<\/strong><br \/><strong>Collagen<\/strong> of porcine origin, <strong>Calcium Phosphate<\/strong>, <strong>NaCl<\/strong>, <strong>Water for injection<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PACKAGE<\/strong><br \/>Box of 10 vials (single vial 2 ml \u2013 extraction volume).<\/p>\n<p><strong>INJECTION ROUTES OF ADMINISTRATION<\/strong><br \/>Periarticular and intraarticular.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SUGGESTED NEEDLES<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 Periarticular: 26G x 30 mm needle.<br \/>\u2022 Intraarticular: 20G x 90 mm needle.<br \/>Note: Disinfect the skin thoroughly with iodopovidone or chlorhexidine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>INJECTION TECHNIQUES OF ADMINISTRATION<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 <strong>Periarticular administration:<\/strong> insert the needle near the joint to a depth of 13-25 mm.<br \/>\u2022 <strong>Intraarticular administration:<\/strong> insert the needle into the anterior recess of the capsule at the level of the femoral head through an antero-superior or antero-inferior approach.
