{"id":5386,"date":"2026-05-23T11:12:42","date_gmt":"2026-05-23T10:12:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/us.similius.com\/?product=md-knee-pack-of-10-ampoules-of-2ml"},"modified":"2026-05-23T11:12:42","modified_gmt":"2026-05-23T10:12:42","slug":"md-knee-pack-of-10-ampoules-of-2ml","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/us.similius.com\/?product=md-knee-pack-of-10-ampoules-of-2ml","title":{"rendered":"MD KNEE 10 Ampoules"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>MAIN INDICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>MD-KNEE<\/strong> is a medical device designed to improve the movement of the knee and reduce associated pain, counteracting physiological or pathological deterioration of the joint.<\/p>\n<p>Scientific evidence shows the efficacy and safety of <strong>MD-KNEE<\/strong> in cases of:<br \/>\u2022 Femoro-tibial\/patellofemoral gonarthrosis<br \/>\u2022 Patellofemoral chondropathy<br \/>\u2022 Arthrosynovitis<br \/>\u2022 Ligament lesions<br \/>\u2022 Meniscopathy\/Meniscosis<br \/>\u2022 Gonalgia:<br \/>\u2212 due to aging<br \/>\u2212 due to bad posture<br \/>\u2212 due to concomitant chronic diseases<br \/>\u2212 due to traumas and injuries.<\/p>\n<p>Treatment can be combined with other therapies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>THERAPEUTIC PROTOCOL:<\/strong><br \/>1-2 infiltrations per week to contain physiological or pathological deterioration of the knee joint.<br \/>Results are evident from the third week but, depending on the patient&#8217;s clinical situation, it is possible to continue treatment up to the tenth week without risk.<\/p>\n<p><strong>COMPOSITION<\/strong><br \/><strong>Collagen<\/strong> of porcine origin, <strong>Arnica<\/strong>, <strong>NaCl<\/strong>, <strong>Water for injection<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PACKAGE<\/strong><br \/>Box of 10 vials (single vial 2 ml \u2013 extraction volume)<\/p>\n<p><strong>INJECTION ROUTES OF ADMINISTRATION<\/strong><br \/>Periarticular and intraarticular.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SUGGESTED NEEDLES<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 Periarticular: 26G x 13 mm needle.<br \/>\u2022 Intraarticular: 22G x 32 mm needle.<br \/>Note: Disinfect the skin thoroughly with iodopovidone or chlorhexidine<\/p>\n<p><strong>INJECTION TECHNIQUES OF ADMINISTRATION<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 <strong>Periarticular administration<\/strong>: insert the needle close to the joint, at the point of greatest pain, to a depth of 9-13 mm.<br \/>\u2022 <strong>Intraarticular administration<\/strong>: identify the triangular-shaped area delimited by the margin of the patellar tendon, that of the femoral condyle and the upper margin of the tibial plateau (both medial slope and lateral side).
