Each tablet contains 900 mcg of Echinacea angustifolia 2X and 300 mcg of each of: Bryonia 4X, Chamomilla 6X, Hepar sulfuris 8X, Lachesis mutus 10X, Phytolacca 4X, Rhus toxicodendron 4X, Thuja occidentalis 4X. Contains lactose, magnesium stearate.
