Homeopathic medicinal product for colds.

The indications are derived from the homeopathic materia medica. These include cough, for example in bronchitis or common colds.

Contraindications

Do not take this medicinal product if you are allergic to any of the active substances or any of the other ingredients.

Do not use in cases of thyroid disease without medical advice.

Precautions for use

If symptoms persist, are unclear, or newly occur, or if shortness of breath, purulent or bloody sputum, or fever lasting longer than 3 days or rising above 39 °C occurs, seek medical advice.

Ask your doctor for advice before using any medicinal product during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

As there is insufficient documented experience, this medicinal product should not be used in children under 1 year of age.

This medicinal product contains 35% alcohol by volume.

Interactions

The effect of a homeopathic medicinal product may be adversely influenced by generally harmful lifestyle factors and by stimulants and luxury foods. Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are using, have recently used, or intend to use other medicinal products.

Dosage and method of administration

Unless otherwise prescribed:

Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over: take 5 drops 1 to 3 times daily. For coughing fits, take 5 drops every half hour to one hour, up to 6 times daily.

Children receive the dosage shown below:

• Children aged 1 to under 6 years: 2 to 3 drops 1 to 3 times daily for longer-lasting conditions (maximum 8 drops per day). Acute dosage: 2 to 3 drops every half hour to one hour, up to 6 times daily (maximum 15 drops per day).
• Children aged 6 to under 12 years: 3 to 4 drops 1 to 3 times daily for longer-lasting conditions (maximum 10 drops per day). Acute dosage: 3 to 4 drops every half hour to one hour, up to 6 times daily (maximum 20 drops per day).

The drops may be taken mixed with a little liquid. To improve the effect, keep the drops in the mouth for a short time before swallowing. This medicinal product should be taken at intervals from meals.

For longer-lasting conditions, reduce the frequency of use once symptoms improve. Acute use for longer than one week should only continue after consultation with a therapist experienced in homeopathy.

Duration of use

As with all medicinal products, homeopathic medicinal products should not be used for prolonged periods without medical advice.

Do not take a double dose if you forgot a previous dose. If you have further questions on the use of this medicinal product, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Side effects

Like all medicinal products, this medicinal product can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. Note: When using homeopathic medicinal products, existing symptoms may temporarily worsen (initial aggravation). In this case, discontinue use and consult your doctor.

Composition

10 g mixture (= 10.5 ml; 1 ml = 20 drops) contains:

• Arsenum iodatum Dil. D6 – 2 g
• Atropa bella-donna Dil. D4 – 2 g
• Cuprum aceticum Dil. D6 – 1 g
• Causticum Hahnemanni Dil. D6 – 3 g
• Urginea maritima Dil. D4 – 2 g

Joint potentiation over the last 2 steps.

Pharmaceutical form and pack size

Oral liquid mixture / drops. Pack sizes: 30 ml and 100 ml.

Storage

Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date stated on the container and outer packaging. No special storage conditions are required.
