Gynacoheel Drops is now called Lilium Compositum Drops.
Indications:
Inflammatory conditions of the female genital organs, e.g. adnexitis (ovaritis, salpingitis), parametritis, myometritis, endometritis, colitis, endometriosis, Menorrhagia.
Side effects: None known.
Interactions with other medication: None known.
Dosage:
In general, 10 drops 3 times daily. In acute disorders, initially 10 drops every 15 minutes, over a period lasting up to two hours.

1 ml contains: Apis mellifica (hom./anthr.) D4 100.0mg; Ammonium bromatum (hom./anthr.) D4 100.0mg; Lilium lancifolium (hom./anthr.) D4 100.0mg; Aurum iodatum (hom./anthr.) D12 100.0mg; Vespa crabro (hom./anthr.) D4 100.0mg; Chamaelirium luteum (hom./anthr.) D4 100.0mg; Palladium metallicum (hom./anthr.) D12 100.0mg; Platinum metallicum (hom./anthr.) D12 100.0mg; Melilotus officinalis (hom./anthr.) D3 100.0mg; Viburnum opulus (hom./anthr.) D2 100.0mg; Water; Ethanol 35% Vol.

Product status
Registered homeopathic medicinal product, therefore without indication of a therapeutic application. If symptoms persist during use, medical advice should be sought.
Contraindications
Do not use in cases of thyroid disorders without medical advice. Do not take if you are hypersensitive to bromine. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the active substances or any of the other ingredients of this medicinal product.
Precautions for use
As with all medicinal products, this homeopathic medicine should be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding only after consulting a doctor.
There is insufficient documented experience for use in children. It should therefore not be used in children under 12 years of age.
Interactions
The effect of a homeopathic medicinal product may be adversely influenced by generally harmful lifestyle factors and by stimulants and luxury foods. Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken, or intend to take other medicinal products, including non-prescription medicines.
Warnings
This medicinal product contains 35% alcohol by volume.
Dosage and method of administration
Unless otherwise prescribed, take 5–10 drops 1 to 3 times daily. If symptoms improve, the frequency of use should be reduced.
Duration of use
As with all medicinal products, homeopathic medicinal products should not be used for prolonged periods without medical advice.
Side effects
Like all medicinal products, Lilium compositum Heel can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Note: When using a homeopathic medicinal product, existing symptoms may temporarily worsen (initial aggravation). In this case, discontinue the medicinal product and consult your doctor.
If you notice side effects, contact your doctor or pharmacist. This also applies to side effects not listed in the package leaflet.
Composition
10 g (= 10.5 ml; 1 ml = 19 drops) contain:
- Apis mellifica Dil. D4 – 1.0 g
- Ammonium bromatum Dil. D4 – 1.0 g
- Lilium lancifolium Dil. D4 – 1.0 g
- Aurum iodatum Dil. D12 – 1.0 g
- Vespa crabro Dil. D4 – 1.0 g
- Chamaelirium luteum Dil. D4 – 1.0 g
- Palladium Dil. D12 (HAB, method 6) – 1.0 g
- Platinum metallicum Dil. D12 – 1.0 g
- Melilotus officinalis Dil. D3 – 0.5 g
- Viburnum opulus Dil. D2 – 0.5 g
Active substances 1 to 9 are potentized together over the penultimate step, and active substances 1 to 10 are potentized together over the final step.
Other ingredient: purified water.
Pharmaceutical form and pack sizes
Oral drops. Available pack sizes: 30 ml and 100 ml.
Storage
Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date stated on the container and outer packaging. No special storage conditions are required.
